We are looking for a highly qualified Legal Counsel to oversee the legal aspects of our business. As a legal counsel your duties must include safeguarding the organizations reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to management about all relevant issues.

The successful candidate will effectively ensure legal conformity and minimize probability of exposure.

• The legal counsel must offer legal support and advice to senior management on important legal matters.
• Establish vendor agreements and contractual labor agreements.
• Verify that mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities are legal.
• Ensure that the company complies with all current business process laws.
• Calculate and handle risks in business process and decision making
• Create and draft agreements, terms & conditions, privacy policies, and other legal documents.
• Execute procedures for protecting patents, trademarks, and industrial designs
• Helps manage legal budgets.
• Analyze a number of legal issues that may affect the company.
• Handle litigation
• Staying updated on the most recent developments in all pertinent legal areas and enhancing the legal department's knowledge base

• MA in Law or similar relevant field
• Professional License of Legal practice is mandatory
• In-depth knowledge of corporate laws
• Previous working experience as a Legal Counsel
• Capability to devise proactive and defensive legal strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of administrative law and procedures
• Good organisational, prioritisation and time-management skills
• Arbitration and mediation skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
