The peopleHum CODiE journey

It all began in late 2018. The nominations were submitted, nominations were selected and peopleHum made the first cut on its very first nomination.

The judgement rounds began in Spring of 2019 and we had 2 judges that interviewed the team, were walked through the reason for being along with a detailed walkthrough of the products.

The judges scheduled & went through the rounds for the 50 plus nominations for each category for the year.

The interesting part is that the award is not for the latest platforms but also for very established players in the product marketplace across categories.

What the judges had to say...

Loved the graphical views and clean
presentation throughout the system. It seemed to be easy to use and appealing from user point of view.

Great integrated platform hosted on the cloud with mobile, web and chatbot access specifically designed for all people throughout the organization.

Visual aesthetics, Reports, charts and graph are innovative in their presentation as well as in analysis. Engagement index, Insights, etc. are impressive.

The strengths include correlations of employer brand index and hiring effectiveness to employee satisfaction and engagement index. It builds agility, adaptability and engagement from direct integration into multiple platforms from Google, Offie 365 and Slack
