We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to assist our finance team with everyday accounting responsibilities.

Accounting Assistant responsibilities include monitoring expense reports and reimbursements, recording financial activities into our internal databases, and reconciling invoices. If you have an Accounting degree and are interested in gaining experience in accounting and reporting procedures, we’d like to meet you.

Finally, you will ensure that our Accounting department runs smoothly by maintaining transparency and efficiency in all transactions.

Accounting Assistant
  • Reconcile invoices and look for inconsistencies.
  • Prepare and maintain expense reports.
  • Fill out reimbursement applications.
  • Make bank deposits.
  • Financial transactions should be entered into internal databases.
  • Make sure the spreadsheets are accurate.
  • Keep both digital and physical financial records.
  • As needed, send invoices to customers and third-party vendors.
  • Examine and file your payroll records
  • Audits should be done every quarter and every year.
Accounting Assistant
  • Work experience as a bookkeeper, accountant, or accountant's assistant
  • Basic bookkeeping methods should be understood.
  • Finance regulations are something you should be familiar with.
  • Ability to recognise numerical errors and good math abilities
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
  • Organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle secret and sensitive information
  • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
