We are searching for an experienced Brand Manager to assist us in developing our brand and increasing brand recognition. You will collaborate across all levels and divisions of our organization to discover and explain what makes us distinctive. You'll need to learn about consumers and create new marketing initiatives.

  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message
  • Transform brand aspects into business strategy and marketing tactics
  • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
  • Set performance criteria, cost and pricing limits, market applications, and sales projections.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Keep up with the latest market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
  • Devise innovative growth strategies
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
Brand Manager
Requirements
  • Degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • Understanding of how to identify target groups and create successful campaigns
  • Great understanding of social media tools
  • Good leadership skills and monitoring of multiple activities at once
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
