We are looking for a motivated digital account manager to provide sales support to our customers. You will be assisting our sales team with developing sales and pricing plans, communicating with customers to determine their needs, and conducting research to identify new sales leads.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for assigned digital accounts.
  2. Understand clients' business goals and objectives to provide strategic guidance and solutions that align with their digital marketing needs.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, development, and marketing, to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive client success.
  4. Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  5. Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, providing regular reports to clients with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell digital services to existing clients, driving revenue growth.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to offer innovative solutions and strategies.
  8. Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to review campaign performance, address concerns, and provide updates on new initiatives.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the agency's client portfolio.
  10. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery, effective communication, and prompt resolution of issues.

Digital Account Manager
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications or additional education in digital marketing is a plus.
  2. Proven work experience as a Digital Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the digital marketing industry.
  3. In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and web analytics.
  4. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex digital concepts to clients.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
  7. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to upsell and cross-sell digital services to clients.
  8. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and CRM systems.
  9. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  10. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
