We are looking for a quality assurance specialist to be in charge of all quality assurance activities. A quality assurance specialist is responsible for ensuring that products or services provided by a company meet the established quality standards. Their job is to identify defects or issues, investigate the cause, and develop and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

• Managing and overseeing the quality testing procedures

• Maintaining the quality of products

• Ensuring all processes are controlled and monitored

• Performing regular quality checks and examinations.

• Processing quality audits and quality assurance reviews
  ‍
• Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.
  ‍
• Creating audit reports and recording quality assurance tasks.

• Documenting new and existing processes

• Troubleshooting manufacturing quality issues

• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

• Training and mentoring technicians and other members of the quality assurance team

• Bachelor’s degree in the related field

• Certification, such as Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, Six Sigma, or Quality Improvement Associate, is preferred

• Relevant long-term experience, knowledge of regulatory requirements

• Knack for implementation of corrective action programs

• Experience in the related industry or with related products

• Must have good communication skills

• Superb computer competence, including experience with databases and Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of QA terms, tools, and methodologies
