We are looking for a skilled Construction Worker to help us build houses, roads, and other structures. As a construction worker you will be responsible for bringing architects' and engineers' designs to life and transforming them into full, solid structures.

It is necessary to have prior experience working on relevant projects and operating equipment. For the role of a construction worker you must be physically fit, have endurance, and be able to work with your hands. It is also necessary to be able to work well with others and to follow instructions and safety rules.

• As a construction worker you must assist in construction projects with tradesmen and machine operators.
• Build and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other structures while maintaining safety
• Assisting with heavy tools and equipment transportation and operation.
• Use equipment to dismantle old structures and forms.
• Help with mixing, pouring, and levelling concrete.
• Demolish structures using explosives in accordance with the instructions.
• Assisting workers, such as local electricians and painters, as needed.
• Prepare and apply building materials to construct structures or fill gaps (e.g cement)
• Smooth and level new concrete or other materials
• Remove all debris and discarded materials from the site and install traffic signals as needed.

• Demonstrated experience as a construction worker
• Experience with operating equipment such as trench rammers, drills, pneumatic hammers, and so on.
• Construction material mixing and pouring knowledge (concrete, sand, grout etc.)
• Basic engineering and construction principles and techniques are required.
• Capable of working in a team Capable of reading instructions and blueprints when necessary
• Excellent communication both in written and verbal form
• Outstanding balance and eye-hand coordination
• Must have a license to work while using hazardous materials
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
