Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the best price and terms.
  • Determine the needs and financial capabilities of the clients in order to propose solutions that are appropriate for them.
  • Intervene in negotiation processes, advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other related issues, and ensure fair and honest dealing.
  • To determine the value of a property, conduct a comparative market analysis.
  • Display and market real estate to potential buyers.
  • Prepare any required paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
  • Manage real estate auctions or exchanges
  • Keep a list of available properties up to date and maintain it.
  • Work with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors to ensure a smooth transaction.
  • Create networks and collaborate with lawyers, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
  • Advertisements, open houses, and listing services can all be used to boost sales.

Requirements
  • Working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson is required.
  • Proven track record of successful sales
  • MS Office familiarity
  • Both pleasant and trustworthy
  • Real estate broker's or agent's licence
