Hide your wallet and pack an empty suitcase for souvenirs (hat tip, Michael Scott). HR Tech is that magical time of year to get even more confused about what you should do to elevate your workforce experience and propel your digital transformation into reality. You only have a few weeks left to get your mind right in order to take full advantage of this opportunity. And it’s truly an opportunity!
One of the biggest misses an organization can make is going to the HR Technology Conference & Exposition without an agenda or action list. You will have the chance to learn new skills, talk shop with yours truly, and interrogate potential vendors (my kind of party). But the opportunity can be squandered if you go in blind!
Be thinking about the following.
- What are the topics your organization needs to investigate to provide you with the knowledge you need for today AND for tomorrow?
- What are the questions you need to ask vendors to understand how they can contribute to your four-part Equation for Digital Success? Remember, technology is only 10% of the equation. Have a conversation with solution providers to see how they address the rest of the equation.
It’s all right here. Upping your #HRTechConf game - find me at the show! (Or penny slots.)
