Workforce technology is shifting

Be your own "best practice"

Since joining in Leapgen in April 2018, I have seen how HR organizations and the supporting workforce technology they use is evolving. As the Vice President of Advisory Services, I have the opportunity to work with both enterprise clients on a large and small scale as well as solution providers bringing to market new innovative technologies that are solving virtually every problem imaginable.

Workforce Technology is shifting

While at Gartner, I worked with thousands of organizations as a HR technology subject matter expert, but at Leapgen I am able to work more closely with clients not only as they look to adopt new technologies, but also as they rethink the role of technology in driving how HR delivers programs and services to the workforce.

I have been fortunate to work on a wide variety of client projects across multiple industries at Leapgen including …

an investment firm providing due diligence on market size and potential for an acquisition;

a government agency conducting ‘build or buy’ analysis for investment of new talent acquisition solution;

a construction firm building their Digital HR Strategy.

… to name a few. These projects (and others) provided me a new perspective on some significant changes happening in HR technology.

So, I took a step back and thought about what I had learned from working with our lients — and drafted our first Leapgen Brief: “Nine Shifts Impacting Enterprise Workforce Technology.”

Please enjoy and let us know what you think about how our space is evolving.

Do you agree there are shifts?

Are these shifts the same or different?

Have any of these shifts impacted you, your role/responsibilities, your decisions?

I’d love to hear your perspective.
