We are looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure that all of our operations and business transactions adhere to all applicable legal and internal rules. You will also review employees' work and provide compliance advice.

To be successful in this role, you must be a dependable professional who is not afraid to speak up and stand by their decisions. You should be familiar with risk management and the standards of our industry. We'd like to meet you if you also have a keen business sense.

Your mission will be to ensure that we operate legally and ethically while meeting our business objectives.

Compliance Officer
  • Create and implement an efficient legal compliance programme.
  • Create effective internal controls and monitor their implementation.
  • Create and revise corporate policies
  • Proactively audit processes, practises, and documents for flaws.
  • Assess compliance risk by evaluating business activities (for example, investments).
  • When necessary, collaborate with external auditors and human resources.
  • Make plans to deal with a crisis or a compliance violation.
  • Employees should be educated and trained on industry regulations and practises.
  • Respond to employee concerns or questions about legal compliance.
  • Maintain awareness of internal standards and business objectives.
Compliance Officer
  • Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager
  • Understanding of legal requirements and controls (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering, or AML)
  • Knowledge of industry practises and professional standards
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Professional ethics and integrity
  • Business knowledge
  • Teamwork abilities
  • Paying close attention to detail
  • Professional certification (e.g. Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) is a plus.
  • BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration, or a related field
