We're searching for a well-dressed, courteous hotel front desk agent to greet visitors, manage online and telephone reservations, and verify payment methods during check-in. With visitors and other hotel workers, you should maintain a cheerful and professional demeanour. To be effective as a hotel front desk employee, you should provide customers with general information about the hotel and surrounding area, as well as remain current on local attractions.

  • Completing all check-in and check-out procedures.  
  • Managing reservations over the internet and by phone.  
  • Informing customers about payment options and double-checking their credit card information.  
  • Registering guests and collecting all the necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)  
  • Greeting guests and assigning rooms accordingly  
  • Upselling extra facilities and services wherever possible
  • Ensuring that all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to meet the needs of our visitors by coordinating with our cleaning staff.  
  • Confirming group reservations and making special arrangements for VIP clients and event visitors, such as wedding guests.  
  • Providing details on our hotel, including available rooms, pricing, and facilities.
  • Maintaining accurate records of reservations and payments.
Hotel Front Desk Agent
  • GED equivalent or high school diploma  
  • Prior experience in the sector is preferred.
  • Knowledge of telephone, office, and point-of-sale software is advantageous.  
  • Outstanding customer service abilities  
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills  
  • Amazing time management skills with the ability to handle numerous projects at once
  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality management is preferred.  
  • Exceptionally meticulous in her attention to detail  
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
