  • Develop trusting relationships with a portfolio of major clients to prevent them from turning to competitors.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Extend existing customer relationships by consistently proposing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Ensure that the appropriate products and services are delivered to customers on time.
  • Act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams.
  • To maintain trust, resolve any issues or problems that customers may encounter, as well as deal with complaints.
  • Contribute to the generation of new sales that will lead to long-term relationships.
  • Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders based on key account metrics.
