We're looking for a top-performing Sales Director to join our team. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

Key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans are among the responsibilities of a sales director. To meet the financial objectives, you must successfully implement these strategies. Meeting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends will be among the responsibilities of the sales director.

• Own and exceed annual sales targets for assigned territory and accounts.
• Create and implement a strategic plan to meet sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Create and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and goals.
• Use proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition.
• Recognize category-specific landscapes and trends.
• Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and account strategic direction

• Experienced sales executive with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level positions
• Demonstrated ability to manage the sales process from start to finish.
• Proven ability to articulate the unique features of products and services
• Proven ability to position products in comparison to competitors
• Extensive experience as a sales leader in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
• Outstanding listening, negotiating, and presentation abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• A BA/BS degree or its equivalent
