We're looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart, and high-achieving Sales Engineer with a track record of selling technology solutions to senior executives.

You'll be in charge of selling to new prospects and farming back to existing customers to ensure high levels of renewal and customer satisfaction. New customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction, and contribution to overall sales team and business success are all metrics that can be used to determine success.

Responsibilities
  • Assist sales executives in selling solutions into prospect accounts.
  • In complex sales cycles, collaborate with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute on strategic deals.
  • Create a financial business case for each sales opportunity.
  • Match customer pain points/requirements to proposed solutions successfully.
  • Create and deliver effective presentations and demonstrations that clearly communicate the value proposition's uniqueness.
  • Oversee all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses.
  • Effectively communicate client needs to R&D teams in order to improve future products.
  • Gather and record competitive intelligence.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated work experience as a Sales Engineer
  • Proven track record of selling sophisticated enterprise solutions
  • Capability to develop strong, long-term relationships with senior executives
  • Ability to explain and present complex concepts in a creative and understandable manner
  • Solid technical background with knowledge of and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, as well as presentation and creative abilities
  • Willingness to travel BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy foundation
