Senior Account Manager Job Requirements

  • Work experience as a Senior Account Manager with a track record of success  
  • Working knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel)  
  • Knowledge of sales performance metrics  
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset are required.  
  • Management abilities in a group  
  • Strong organisational and analytical abilities  
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related subject is required.
