We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. Your job as a business development manager is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
    • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
    • Overseeing the development of marketing literature
    • Writing reports
    • Providing management with feedback
    • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
    • Proven working experience as a business development manager, in sales, marketing or related field.
    • Proven sales track record
    • Experience in customer support is a plus
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
    • Proficiency in English
    • Market knowledge
    • Communication and negotiation skills
    • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
