We are searching for a Hiring Specialist whose primary responsibilities would be to source, recruit, analyze, and then select/hire competent and eligible applicants for various jobs within our firm and at various levels of seniority.

A hiring specialist's tasks would include developing short- and long-term hiring plans, advertising our vacancies, and seeking applicants both online and offline, such as at career fairs and web portals. To be effective in this capacity, you need have hands-on expertise with the entire hiring process as well as strong communication skills.

Responsibilities


  • Supervise all recruiting stages from obtaining to onboarding
  • Examine LinkedIn profiles for suitable applicants
  • Promote open jobs on different channels including position sheets, proficient informal organizations and our professions page
  • Organize our inward recruiting process
  • Screen resumes and application structures dependent on fundamental measures
  • Talk with applicants by means of telephone, video and face to face
  • Assist new and existing employees in understanding corporate rules, standards, and processes
  • Track key selecting measurements like chance to-recruit and wellspring of recruit
  • Connect with expected applicants and fabricate connections for future open positions (for instance by means of LinkedIn or email)
  • Send bid for employment letters and arrange terms
  • Process business structures
  • Liaise with recruiting directors to conjecture staffing needs
  • Have or take part in work fairs

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a hiring specialist is required
  • Experience with Human Resources Management Software and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Commonality utilizing interpersonal organizations to post work promotions and source up-and-comers
  • Be familiar with social media channels to post job advertising and find prospects
  • Information on work enactment
  • Great relational abilities
  • Fun time usage abilities with the capacity to shuffle different open positions
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or pertinent field
