Ultimately, your primary task will be to actively position qualified candidates and establish talent pipelines to meet our forthcoming hiring demands.

  • Utilize resume databases and portfolio sites for candidate sourcing.
  • Advertise open positions through external networks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine necessary requirements for open positions
  • Maintain organized candidate databases, such as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Attend job fairs and coordinate career events.
  • Maintain communication with past applicants. 
  • Send recruitment emails to passive candidates and follow up as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Strong time-management skills to handle multiple open roles concurrently.
  • Sound decision-making skills capabilities
  • Skilled in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
  • Practical experience using sourcing tools like resume databases and portfolio sites.
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  • Communication and persuasion skills, particularly in cold calling and recruiting emails.
