Office Administrator
  • Coordinate office exercises and tasks to tie down proficiency and consistence to organization policies

Office Administrator
  • Proven experience as an office head, office partner or applicable role
  • Outstanding correspondence and relational abilities
  • Excellent authoritative and initiative skills
  • Familiarity with office the board methodology and fundamental bookkeeping principles
  • Excellent information on MS Office and office the executives programming (ERP etc.)
  • Qualifications in secretarial examinations will be an advantage
  • High school certificate; BSc/BA in office organization or pertinent field is liked
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Possess strong abilities in multitasking and time management, as well as an aptitude for prioritizing tasks.
