We're looking for an experienced Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to oversee day-to-day administrative activities. You will be a critical aspect of the top executive team, reporting directly to the CEO, and your contributions will be important to our overall performance.

Chief Administrative Officers are in charge of monitoring the accounting department. These executives are primarily concerned with policy, procedure, earnings, and ensuring that all regulatory rules and regulations are obeyed. Chief Administrative Officers collaborate closely with departments and teams within the organization to ensure that they are working efficiently and that there is space for development.

Responsibilities
  • Working in a team with top-level executives to devise strategies and policies to meet company goals.
  • Managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of various departments, such as finance, sales, HR, and marketing.
  • Managing budgets, hiring and contracting, and business negotiations.
  • Analyzing audit reports and formulating improvements to departmental workings.
  • Coordinating inter-departmental activities and delegating responsibilities to subordinates.
  • Compiling performance reports and reporting to the CEO and board of directors.
  • Ensuring all IRS laws, government regulations, and SEC rules are met.
  • Keeping up to date on changes to government rules and regulations pertaining to administrative responsibilities, accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Assist in planning business strategies.

Requirements
  • MA in business administration or similar relevant field
  • Proven working experience as Chief administrative officer
  • Very good understanding and experience in managing different business functions such as HR, finance, accounting, marketing.
  • Experience with fiscal planning, budgeting and reporting
  • Knowledge of laws and regulation
  • Understanding of IRS laws, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Security Exchange Commission (SEC) rules and regulations, and corporate internal auditing practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
