• Design and carry out business techniques, plans and procedures
• Set extensive objectives for execution and growth

• Write and submit reports to the CEO in all issues of importance
• Assist CEO in gathering pledges ventures
• Participate in extension exercises (speculations, acquisitions, corporate coalitions etc.)

• BSc/BA in Business Administration or applicable field
• Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or significant role
• Understanding of business capacities like HR, Finance, showcasing etc.
• A strong understanding of data analysis and performance measures
• Demonstrable capability in essential preparation and business development
• Working information on information examination and execution/activity metrics
• Working information on IT/Business foundation and MS Office
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Excellent relational and public speaking skills
• Aptitude in independent direction and conflict management
